Chemical Dojin Co., Ltd. and Fujimoto Rika Co., Ltd. have decided to merge on May 1, 2025, with Chemical Dojin Co., Ltd. as the surviving company, and to reorganize the management structure. With this merger, all of Fujimoto Rika Co., Ltd.’s assets, liabilities, contractual status, and other rights and obligations will be inherited by Chemical Dojin Co., Ltd.
